Leney who joined the firm in February 2012, is from Malaysia. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of London and a Certificate in Legal Practice from the University of Malaya. He was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in March 1995 and in July 2009, he was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Brunei Darussalam.

Leney’s main area of practice is in civil litigation and he has vast experience in attending to corporate disputes, debt recovery, hire-purchase, foreclosure proceedings, bankruptcy proceedings, winding-up and execution proceedings involving institutional clients.
