Muqtadir obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Swansea University, United Kingdom in 2017 and completed the Bar Professional Training Course at City University of London in 2018. He was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple in July 2018. Thereafter, he was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Brunei in October 2019.

Abdul Muqtadir’s main area of practice is civil litigation and includes debt recovery, bankruptcy proceedings, personal injury and corporate law matters. Apart from civil litigation, his experience includes advising on Brunei’s laws and regulations relating to employment, telecommunications, financial services, media and data protection.
